We have a wide range of instruments is available for time resolved and structural analysis of proteins and enzymes.
These include multiple stopped-flow instruments, equilibrium perturbation and high-pressure equipment, laser and ultrafast spectroscopy. Detection modes include fluorescence, IR and UV-visible.
Anaerobic glove boxes are available for operation of many of these instruments in absence of oxygen.
Research applications
These capabilities allow us to understand and visualise the structure and molecular function of important biological targets involved in disease, biocatalysis and biomanufacturing.
